Understanding your analytics dashboard

Zorexa tracks your rating trends, response rates, and review volume over time so you can see the impact of your reputation management efforts at a glance.

What's on the Analytics page

The Analytics dashboard shows key metrics for the period you select: average rating, total reviews, response rate, and average response time. Charts break these down by day, week, or month so you can spot trends.

Key metrics explained

  1. 1

    Average rating — the mean star rating across all reviews in the selected period.

  2. 2

    Response rate — the percentage of reviews that have received a published reply.

  3. 3

    Average response time — how long it typically takes from a review arriving to a reply being published.

  4. 4

    Review volume — the number of new reviews received in the selected period.

Filtering by location

If you manage multiple locations, use the location selector at the top of the Analytics page to view metrics for a single location, or leave it on "All Locations" to see combined totals.

Exporting reports

Click Export on the Analytics page to download the current view as a CSV file — useful for sharing performance with stakeholders or importing into your own reporting tools.

Scheduled reports (emailed automatically on a recurring basis) are available from Analytics > Reports.
