Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

Zorexa is operated by Easy Global Ventures Sdn Bhd (Company No. 1262161-H), a company registered in Malaysia with its registered address at Lot 11, Jalan 6/9, Kawasan Perusahaan, 43300 Seri Kembangan, Selangor, Malaysia (“Zorexa”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using Zorexa, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Use of the platform

You may use Zorexa only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for all content and actions taken through your account.

3. AI-generated content

Zorexa generates review responses using artificial intelligence. You are responsible for reviewing and approving AI-generated content before publication where required. We do not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of AI-generated responses.

4. Subscriptions, trials, and refunds

The Starter plan is free and does not require payment details. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Where a free trial is offered, a payment method is required to start it, but you will not be charged until the trial ends — cancel before then to avoid any charge. Outside of a trial period, subscriptions are billed immediately upon signup or plan change.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you retain access until then. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods except where required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact hello@zorexa.ai and we will review it.

5. Intellectual property

The Zorexa platform, including all software, design, and content, is owned by Easy Global Ventures Sdn Bhd. You retain ownership of your business data and review content.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zorexa shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time from your billing settings.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
