We collect information you provide when creating an account, including your name, email address, and billing information. We also collect data generated through your use of our platform, such as review data imported from Google Business Profile.

We use your information to provide and improve our services, process payments, send important service communications, and generate AI-powered review responses on your behalf.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers necessary to deliver our platform (including Supabase for database hosting, Stripe for payment processing, and OpenAI for AI generation).

5. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
