Getting started with Zorexa

Welcome to Zorexa. This guide walks you through the four steps to get your first AI-powered review response live.

1. Create your account

    Go to the Zorexa homepage and click Get started.

  2. 2

    Enter your full name, business email, and a secure password.

  3. 3

    Check your email and click the verification link.

  4. 4

    Once verified, you'll be taken to your dashboard.

2. Connect your Google Business Profile

Zorexa connects to your Google Business Profile to monitor and respond to reviews. This requires a one-time authorisation from your Google account.

    In your dashboard, click Add Location.

  2. 2

    Sign in with the Google account that manages your Business Profile.

  3. 3

    Select your business from the list and confirm.

  4. 4

    Zorexa will start syncing your reviews immediately.

If you manage multiple locations, you can connect all of them to the same Zorexa account.

3. Configure your brand voice

Zorexa uses your brand voice settings to personalise AI-generated responses. The more detail you provide, the better your responses will sound.

    Go to Settings > Brand Voice.

  2. 2

    Choose a tone (Friendly, Professional, Casual, Formal).

  3. 3

    Add any specific vocabulary, greetings, or sign-offs your business uses.

  4. 4

    Add your business name, location(s), and any context that helps the AI understand your business.

4. Enable automation (optional)

You can use Zorexa in draft mode (review responses before they post) or enable full automation to publish responses automatically.

    Go to Settings > Automation.

  2. 2

    Choose your automation level: Draft Only, Semi-Auto, or Full Auto.

  3. 3

    Set any filters — for example, automatically publish 4- and 5-star reviews, but hold 1- and 2-star reviews for manual review.

  4. 4

    Save your settings.

You can always switch between automation modes at any time without losing your settings.
