Managing your notifications

Zorexa can notify you by email and in-app when reviews arrive, when automation flags something, and more. This guide explains what each notification type means and how to control them.

Where notifications appear

Zorexa delivers notifications two ways: in-app (the bell icon in the dashboard header) and by email, depending on the type and your preferences. In-app notifications are always available; email delivery can be turned on or off per notification type.

Notification types

    New review — a new review has come in for one of your locations.

  2. 2

    Negative review — an immediate alert for 1- or 2-star reviews, so you can respond quickly.

  3. 3

    Weekly digest — a summary of review activity, sent every Monday morning.

  4. 4

    Automation alert — a review was flagged by one of your automation rules and needs manual attention.

  5. 5

    Team activity — a team member was invited, joined, or their role changed.

Changing your preferences

  1. 1

    Go to Settings > Notifications.

  2. 2

    Toggle each notification type on or off, and choose email, in-app, or both.

  3. 3

    Changes save automatically.

Clearing notifications

Click the bell icon in the header to see your recent notifications. Click any notification to mark it as read, or use "Mark all as read" to clear the unread count in one click.
