Importing and replying to your reviews
Once your Google Business Profile is connected, Zorexa imports your reviews automatically. This guide covers importing, browsing, and publishing your first reply.
How reviews get imported
Once a location is connected, Zorexa automatically syncs your existing reviews and keeps pulling in new ones as they arrive on Google. The first sync can take a few minutes for locations with a long review history.
Manually syncing reviews

Go to Reviews in the left sidebar.

Click Sync Reviews in the top-right corner.

New reviews appear in the list within a few seconds.

You don't usually need to sync manually — Zorexa checks for new reviews automatically. Manual sync is useful right after connecting a new location.
Browsing and filtering reviews
Use the filters above the review list to narrow down what you're looking at — by star rating, reply status (needs reply, drafted, published), location, or date range.
Publishing your first reply

Click any review to open it.

Click Generate AI Reply, or write your own response.

Review the draft and edit if needed.

Click Publish. The reply is posted to Google and visible to the public within a few minutes.
Published replies are public and appear directly under the review on Google. Take a moment to read them before publishing.
