Billing and subscription management

Everything you need to know about your Zorexa subscription, plan limits, upgrades, and payment.

Current plans

  1. 1

    Starter — 1 location, 50 AI replies/month. Free forever, no card required.

  2. 2

    Professional — Up to 5 locations, 2,000 AI replies/month, automation, team access. Includes a 14-day free trial (card required to start).

  3. 3

    Agency — Up to 50 locations, unlimited AI replies, agency client management, white-label reports.

  4. 4

    Enterprise — Unlimited locations, custom integrations, dedicated account manager. Contact sales.

Starter is free forever with no card required. Professional includes a 14-day free trial. Upgrade or downgrade any time from Settings > Billing.

Upgrading your plan

  1. 1

    Go to Settings > Billing.

  2. 2

    Click Upgrade Plan.

  3. 3

    Select the plan you want to move to.

  4. 4

    Enter or confirm your payment details.

  5. 5

    Confirm the upgrade. Changes take effect immediately.

Upgrades are prorated — you'll only be charged for the remainder of the current billing period at the new rate.

Downgrading your plan

You can downgrade your plan at any time. The change takes effect at the start of the next billing period. If you downgrade to a plan with fewer locations, you'll be asked to choose which locations to keep.

Cancelling your subscription

    Go to Settings > Billing.

  2. 2

    Click Cancel Subscription.

  3. 3

    Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Invoices and receipts

All invoices are emailed automatically on each billing date. You can also view and download all past invoices from Settings > Billing > Invoice History.
