Account settings and security

Manage your Zorexa account profile, notification preferences, security settings, and API access.

Profile settings

    Go to Account in the header menu.

  2. 2

    Update your name, email address, and contact information.

  3. 3

    Upload a profile photo.

  4. 4

    Click Save Changes.

Changing your email address will require verification from the new address.

Password and security

  1. 1

    Go to Account and scroll to the Password card.

  2. 2

    Enter your current password and choose a new one.

  3. 3

    Click Update Password.

Notification preferences

Control when and how Zorexa notifies you:

  1. 1

    New reviews — receive an email when a new review arrives.

  2. 2

    Negative reviews — get an immediate alert when a 1- or 2-star review comes in.

  3. 3

    Weekly digest — a summary of your review activity every Monday morning.

  4. 4

    Automation alerts — notification when a review is flagged by an automation rule.

You can set different notification preferences for different team members from the Team settings page.

API keys

API key generation and programmatic REST API access are not available yet — this is on our roadmap. Contact us if API access is important for your business.
