How to connect your Google Business Profile
Connecting your Google Business Profile is the first step to using Zorexa. This guide explains how to authorise Zorexa to access your business listings.
Before you start
Make sure you have admin access to your Google Business Profile. If you're a manager (not the owner), you'll still be able to connect — but ensure you have permission to post public replies on behalf of the business.
Step 1: Add a location in Zorexa

Log in to your Zorexa dashboard.

Click Locations in the left sidebar.

Click the Add Location button.
Step 3: Select your business

After authorising, you'll see a list of Google Business Profiles linked to your Google account.

Select the business location you want to manage.

Click Confirm. Zorexa will begin syncing your reviews.
If you manage multiple locations under the same Google account, you can add them all — just repeat the process for each one.
Step 4: Verify the connection
Once connected, your location will appear in the Locations dashboard with a "Connected" status badge. Your existing reviews will sync within a few minutes. New reviews will appear in near-real-time.

Troubleshooting
If your business doesn't appear in the list, ensure the Google account you used to authorise is the same account that has admin access to your Business Profile. If you've recently gained access, it may take a few minutes for the listing to appear.
