Adding a new business location

Zorexa supports single locations and multi-location businesses. This guide explains how to add additional business locations to your account.

Before adding a location

Check your plan to confirm how many locations are included. Starter plan includes 1 location. Professional plan includes up to 5. Agency plan includes up to 50. Enterprise plans include unlimited locations.

Adding a new location

    Go to Locations in the left sidebar.

    Click Add Location.

  3. 3

    Click Connect with Google and authorise Zorexa if prompted.

  4. 4

    Select the business listing you want to add from your Google account.

  5. 5

    Click Confirm.

Per-location settings

Each location can have its own brand voice, automation rules, and team member access. To customise a location:

    Go to Locations and click on the location name.

  2. 2

    Click Settings on the location detail page.

  3. 3

    Configure the brand voice, automation rules, and notification preferences specific to this location.

If all your locations share the same brand voice, you can set a global default and override only where needed.

Managing multiple locations

The Locations overview shows all your connected locations with their current review count, response rate, and average rating at a glance. Click any location to drill into its reviews, drafts, and analytics.
