Review automation overview
Zorexa's automation engine lets you go from monitoring reviews manually to having every review answered automatically — on your schedule, by your rules.
Automation modes
- 1
Draft mode — Zorexa generates responses for every review but saves them as drafts. You review and publish manually. Best when starting out.
Use draft mode for the first week to calibrate your brand voice before enabling automation.
- 2
Semi-automatic — Some reviews publish automatically (based on your rules) while others are saved as drafts. Most common setup.
Example: Auto-publish 4–5 star reviews; hold 1–2 star reviews for manual review.
- 3
Full automation — All reviews receive an auto-published response based on your rules. Best for high-volume businesses with established brand voice settings.
You can always override and edit a published response after the fact.
How rules work
Automation rules are conditions that determine what happens when a review arrives. Rules are evaluated in priority order — the first matching rule wins. See our "Setting up automation rules" guide for detailed configuration instructions.
Monitoring automation
The Automation page shows you a live log of every review processed: what rule matched, what action was taken, and whether the response was published or held. Use this log to audit your automation and refine your rules over time.
