Which review platforms does Zorexa support?

Google Business Profile is fully supported today — monitoring, AI reply generation, and publishing all work now. Facebook Pages, Trustpilot, Yelp, and Booking.com are on our roadmap.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. The Starter plan is free forever for a single location with up to 50 AI replies a month — no credit card required.

Can I cancel or change my plan at any time?

Yes. Upgrades and downgrades take effect immediately and are prorated on your next billing cycle. There are no cancellation fees.

Do I need technical skills to set up Zorexa?

No. Setup takes about five minutes: connect your Google Business Profile, configure your brand voice, and Zorexa starts monitoring reviews. No coding required.

Can Zorexa post replies without my approval?

Yes, if you enable full automation. If you'd rather review every reply first, draft mode holds AI-generated replies for your approval before anything is published.

What happens if I exceed my AI reply limit?

You'll get a notification as you approach your plan's monthly limit, and you can upgrade at any time. Agency and Enterprise plans have unlimited AI replies.

Is my business data safe?
