Zorexa (“we”, “our”, or “us”) is a trading name of Easy Global Ventures Sdn Bhd (Company No. 1262161-H), a company registered in Malaysia with its registered address at Lot 11, Jalan 6/9, Kawasan Perusahaan, 43300 Seri Kembangan, Selangor, Malaysia. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information when you use our platform.
We collect information you provide when creating an account, including your name, email address, and billing information. We also collect data generated through your use of our platform, such as review data imported from Google Business Profile.
We use your information to provide and improve our services, process payments, send important service communications, and generate AI-powered review responses on your behalf.
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers necessary to deliver our platform (including Supabase for database hosting, Stripe for payment processing, and OpenAI for AI generation).
When you connect your Google Business Profile account, Zorexa accesses a limited set of Google user data — your business account and location details, and customer reviews — solely to provide the review management, AI-drafted reply, and location import features you have explicitly requested. Zorexa’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. This data is never used for advertising and is never sold; it is shared only with the service providers named in Section 4 above, to the extent necessary to operate the platform. You may revoke Zorexa’s access to your Google account at any time from your Google Account security settings or by disconnecting the integration from your Zorexa dashboard, and you may request deletion of any Google-sourced data we retain by contacting privacy@zorexa.ai.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data at any time. Contact us at privacy@zorexa.ai to make a request.
