Our AI never fabricates facts about your business, never invents customer interactions, and never generates responses that misrepresent what happened in a review. When the AI isn't certain how to respond, it generates a conservative draft rather than guessing.
We also believe automation should be optional. Businesses can use Zorexa entirely in draft mode — generating AI suggestions and publishing them manually — or gradually increase automation as they build confidence in the output quality.
