Managing team member permissions
Zorexa lets you invite team members to help manage reviews and responses. Each team member can be assigned a role that controls what they can see and do.
Available roles
- 1
Admin — Full access to all locations, settings, billing, and team management.
Admins can invite and remove other team members, change billing, and delete locations.
- 2
Manager — Can view and manage reviews, approve and publish responses, and configure brand voice and automation rules.
Managers cannot access billing or invite new team members.
- 3
Reviewer — Read-only access to reviews and drafted responses. Cannot publish responses.
Useful for stakeholders who need visibility without editing access.
Inviting a team member

Go to Team in the left sidebar.

Click Invite Member.

Enter their email address and select their role.

Choose which locations they should have access to.

Click Send Invite.

Invited team members will receive an email with a link to create their account. If they already have a Zorexa account, they'll be added to your team directly.
Limiting access by location
For multi-location businesses, you can restrict a team member to specific locations. For example, a site manager in Birmingham might only need access to the Birmingham location, not the nationwide account.

When inviting a member, select specific locations under Location Access.

To update an existing member's access, go to Team, click their name, and edit their Location Access.

Removing a team member

Go to Team.

Click the team member's name.
- 3
Click Remove Member and confirm.
Removing a team member immediately revokes their access. Any drafts they created remain in the system.
