How to connect your Google Business Profile

Before you start

Make sure you have admin access to your Google Business Profile. If you're a manager (not the owner), you'll still be able to connect — but ensure you have permission to post public replies on behalf of the business.

Step 1: Add a location in Zorexa

   Log in to your Zorexa dashboard.

   Click Locations in the left sidebar.

   Click the Add Location button.

Step 2: Authorise with Google

   Click Connect with Google.

   A Google sign-in window will open. Choose the Google account that manages your Business Profile.

   Review the permissions Zorexa is requesting and click Allow.

   Zorexa requests permission to read your reviews and post responses on your behalf. We do not access other Google services.

Step 3: Select your business

   After authorising, you'll see a list of Google Business Profiles linked to your Google account.

   Select the business location you want to manage.

   Click Confirm. Zorexa will begin syncing your reviews.

Step 4: Verify the connection

Once connected, your location will appear in the Locations dashboard with a "Connected" status badge. Your existing reviews will sync within a few minutes. New reviews will appear in near-real-time.

Troubleshooting

If your business doesn't appear in the list, ensure the Google account you used to authorise is the same account that has admin access to your Business Profile. If you've recently gained access, it may take a few minutes for the listing to appear.
