Overview
Team Management lets you invite colleagues and assign one of six roles — Owner, Admin, Manager, Support, Member, or Viewer — each mapped to a clear permission matrix covering reviews, replies, automation, billing, and more.
From full Owner access to read-only Viewer access, roles match how real teams are structured.
Fifteen distinct permissions cover everything from viewing reviews to managing billing.
Manage team access across multiple client organizations, not just a single business.
Why It Matters
Not everyone on your team should be able to change billing details, and not every task requires full account access. Role-based permissions mean you can bring in support staff, managers, or agency clients with exactly the level of access appropriate to their responsibility — nothing more, nothing less.
Send an invitation by email and assign their role at the same time.
Each role maps to a fixed set of the fifteen available permissions — no per-user customization needed.
As responsibilities shift, update a team member's role directly from the Team page.
Start new team members at Member or Viewer and upgrade only if their responsibilities require it.
Only Owners and Admins can access billing — keep that circle intentionally small.
When someone changes roles or leaves, update or remove their access promptly.
FAQ
Viewers have read-only access — they can see reviews, replies, and reports, but can't generate, approve, or publish anything.
