How It Works
Invite a team member
Send an invitation by email and assign their role at the same time.
Their role sets their permissions
Each role maps to a fixed set of the fifteen available permissions — no per-user customization needed.
Change roles anytime
As responsibilities shift, update a team member's role directly from the Team page.
Best Practices
Default to the least-privileged role that works
Start new team members at Member or Viewer and upgrade only if their responsibilities require it.
Reserve Owner/Admin for billing-trusted people
Only Owners and Admins can access billing — keep that circle intentionally small.
Review team access periodically
When someone changes roles or leaves, update or remove their access promptly.
