Best Practices
Keep negative-review alerts immediate
A 1-2 star review is usually worth knowing about right away, even if you use digests for everything else.
Use digests for lower-urgency categories
Team activity or routine automation runs are often better as a weekly summary than a stream of individual alerts.
Review your preferences after big changes
If you add team members or connect new locations, revisit notification settings to make sure the right people see the right alerts.
